The richly figured walnut burl shines through the mocha tones of the Sterling finish counterpointed by solid mahogany legs. The modernist take on the cabriole leg in accented on the inside edges with gold leaf, adding sleekness and playfulness to the table. Concealed beneath the removable centre section is a finely inlaid chessboard to the reverse of the panel. The well reveals an etched glass backgammon board, transforming a solid topped table to an elegant and light games table.
